Using Magical Book Maker

AAI Agency, doing business as Magical Book Maker, provides tools for families to create and read personalized books and order printed copies. An adult must manage the family account and authorize purchases. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully.

Your content and generated work

Only provide content you have permission to use. You retain your rights to your content and authorize us and our service providers to process it to provide the features you request. AI-generated text and images may contain mistakes. Review every page, spelling, picture and language before ordering.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the price, shipping charges and applicable taxes before you pay. Payment is processed through Stripe. Printing starts only after the order is accepted. Credit purchases and usage are shown in the app; print charges are separate from generation credits.

Printed books: final sale

Printed books are made to order by a third-party printing and fulfillment partner. All print sales are final; no change-of-mind returns or refunds. This does not limit your legal rights for defective, incorrect or undelivered orders.

Check the saved book, format, quantity and delivery address carefully before ordering. Changes and cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order is sent to the printer, and are unavailable once production begins. Closing a payment page does not cancel an already-paid order.

If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing or delayed, contact support@magicalbookmaker.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and provide the remedy required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and arrange any required refund. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Support and changes

Contact support@magicalbookmaker.com for help. We may update these terms; the print terms accepted with your order are recorded with it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
